Senator Dr. Olanrewaju Tejuoso is a medical practitioner and the appointed Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, University of Lagos Nigeria, (UNILAG).

Member House of Representatives 2015 – 2019

Hon. Muhammad Usman is the immediate past Member House of Representatives in the 8th National Assembly 2015 – 2019 from Kaduna State. As the Deputy Chair Committee on Health Care Services

Dr Nihinlola Mabogunje

Dr Nihinlola Mabogunje is a medical doctor with Masters in Public health and has been in leadership positions both in the public and private sectors for over 20 years implementing projects to improve maternal and child health.

Dr Francis Ohanyido

Dr Francis Ohanyido is physician, poet and strategist with two decades of multi-country development experience in Sub-Saharan Africa and a leading voice for quality universal health coverage and global health security.

Dr Abdul-Gafar Alawode

He is an experienced Public Health Practitioner and a seasoned Programme Manager.





Mrs Juliana Abude-Aribo

Serves as the Executive Director of LISDEL. She is a project management specialist with good experience in health systems strengthening, healthcare financing and private sector partnerships.

Dr Ogu Emejuru, MD, FAAP

Was born in Ahoada and is a native of Elele in Rivers State, Nigeria. He completed his primary school education at St. Patrick’s School, Edeoha, where his father was a headmaster.

Team Members

Is an indigene of Katsina State who gained a Master’s Degree in Policy and Development Studies. He trained as an Advocate, Social and Community mobilizer and Research M & E specialist. He is a facilitator with 16 years experience in consultancy service in community and social development projects in both rural and urban communities in northern Nigeria.
Isah Gidado’s areas of expertise are Advocacy, Demand Generation, Research Monitoring and Evaluation on health, Education and household economic strengthening related issues such as, reproductive health, child spacing, child survival, maternal and newborn child health. He is equally involved in Advocacy, programming, community mobilization, behavior change communication, capacity building, project implementation, mentoring and development of Information Education and Communication materials. He has controlled, led and managed Civil Society Organizations and Media Networks working to hold government accountable on effective RMNCAEHN service delivery in Kaduna State. Isah has carried out consultancy assignments for a variety of clients including DFID, USAid, CCSI JHU funded programs, and CSOs in Kaduna, northern Nigeria. He is currently LISDEL’s Focal Representative and serves as the Strategic Management Specialist under the SPAG Project in Kaduna State.

Finance & Administrative Manager,
Michael received training in Banking and Finance and holds a Master’s degree in business administration (Finance & Investment), a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, a Proficiency Certificate in Management and a Professional Development Certificate in Leadership and Management in Health, with over 8 years work experience which spans across the Nigerian development sector, banking, publishing, and the academia. He possesses excellent human relationship management, creative writing, research, accounting, and administrative abilities. He is currently the Finance and Administrative Manager at the Legislative Initiative for Sustainable Development where he oversees the Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Operations, and recruitment processes for the SPAG project funded by the Gates Foundation.

Is the Gombe State’s Program Officer under the SPAG Project. 

She is an indigene of Kaduna State from Sanga Local Government Area

She graduated from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology.

She has worked for Society for family health as the assistant program officer under MNCH which was funded by BMGF; the Interfaith mediation center Kaduna State as the coordinator community peace observer; the Center for Research and Documentation Kano (CRD) as the Research Assistant and the International Rescue committee (IRC) Yobe, as the field survey enumerator.

She is an avid team player who takes great interest in her work.

Currently, Sarah works with other team members on the SPAG Project in Gombe State.

She is a great addition to the LISDEL family. 

Is an indigene of Delta State and hails from the town of Agbor, IKA South Local Government Area. She attended her primary, secondary and tertiary education in both Benin-City, Edo State and Delta State.

She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Delta State University, Asaba, Delta State. Eruemolor holds various degrees in Computer Repairs and upgrading and Interior Architecture and Design, Dublin, Ireland. 

She has gained experience in the construction industry, IT (Web design and management, front-end and back-end), Spatial Planning, Interior architecture and design, Graphics design with use of various software and more. 

She has diverse skills and is able to employ them as transferable skills as the need arises.

Eruemolor works in LISDEL as its Communication and Online Content Management Specialist, managing its website both frontend and backend, social media pages, weekly newsletter, graphics/content and creating them, attending high profile meetings and engaging stakeholders and more.

She is currently the Technical Lead for Outcome 3 of the SPAG Project.       

the SarkinYakin Kalajang Kwadon, was born in 1961 at Kwadon Yamaltu Deba LGA in Gombe state.

He holds a Master’s degree in Health Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Epidemiology and Control of Communicable Diseases from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi. From the same University, he holds an Advanced Diploma in Health Education and Health Promotion.

Abdu retired as a Civil Servant from the Gombe State Ministry of Health as the State Contraceptive Logistics Management System officer, C L M S.

He works as a Central Facilitator for E P I Borno State and a Local Government V C M Consultant with AWD Delloites, and PWC (Price Waterhouse Coopers) for UNICEF Volunteers Community Mobiliser project in Yobe State.

He was Chairman, Ahamaxam multipurpose cooperative society and once Secretary, Kwadon Development Association.

He is also a life Member Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria PPFN Gombe State.

Abdu is currently working with the Legislative Initiative for Sustainable Development (LISDEL) in Gombe State as the State Coordinator for its SPAG Project.  

He is a Program Personnel with skills and vast capabilities acquired on-the-job and continuous professional development.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics and other professional certifications in Project Management.

Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Security Studies from N.O.U.N (National Open University of Nigeria) and began her career as an accountant in the Private and Non-Profit Sector.

She has gained extensive knowledge and skills in financial management, accounts payable and receivable, reconciled bank statements and prepared financial statements.

She is a passionate accountant who consistently seeks to improve Her skills and knowledge in the field.

Esther is the Accountant at LISDEL.

Is a Community/Public Health Practitioner with 15 years of experience in the health sector, contributing meaningfully to the well-being of the populace in Kaduna State.

She is currently LISDEL’s Programme Officer in Kaduna State.

Ladi is contributing her quota to achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in Kaduna State through partnership with, and advocacy to key players in the health sector.

When not at work, she likes cooking, reading and spending quality time with family and friends.

Ladi is an exceptional addition to the team!

Obtained a degree in Library & Information Science, and Social Studies Education from Delta State University Abraka; and also earned other Professional Certificates in Policy Innovation, and Project Management.

She is a driven professional with experience in Social Mobilization, Community Engagement, and Gender Advocacy.

With a strong commitment to excellence, she is passionate about making meaningful contributions to humanity.

She strives to achieve professional distinction through hard work, dedication, and a strong sense of purpose.

Augustina is the Program and Gender Assistant at LISDEL.

Has been working in the development sector for over 20 years, providing programmatic and technical support in Research Monitoring and Evaluation as well as Knowledge Management Learning and Communication.

She holds a BSc in Sociology with a Masters Degree in Development Studies.

Is a BSC holder in accounting from the National Open University of Nigeria. She also holds a diploma in Accounting and Auditing from Benue State Polytechnic Ugbokolo. She has acquired experience also in accounting from working in the sector. 

Justina hails from Ohimini Local Government, Benue State. She is currently an administrative assistant in LISDEL.
