Strengthening Government Partnerships and Advocacy in PHC (SPAG) PROJECT Team Orientation and Induction

Legislative Initiative for Sustainable Development (LISDEL), held a 2 day orientation and induction workshop to orient project team and staff on the approaches to implementation of the Strengthening Government Partnerships and Advocacy in PHC (SPAG) Project.

The orientation and induction workshop began with a welcome address by the Executive Director, Madam Juliana Abude-Aribo. She praised and encouraged team members and staff on best practices at all times.

The workshop covered the 3 workstreams for the SPAG Project and expected outcomes.

Group work and team building exercises were incorporated into the modules, thus enriching the learning experience.

Dr. Abdul Abdulkadir, Health Systems Strengthening Technical Specialist, Yahaya Ibrahim, Strategic Technical Health Specialist and Eruemolor Angela, Communication and Online Content Management Specialist presented the objectives, outcomes and modules at the workshop.

Micheal Okpe, LISDEL’s Finance, Administration and Compliance Manager presented the organizations corporate policy for best practice.

At the end of the 2 Day workshop, project team members and staff felt refreshed from been equipped with the right information for excellent performance.
