Through our activities, we have enhanced partnerships that work between the legislatures, development partners and other stakeholders towards the objectives of universal health coverage. This has translated to visible achievements, impacting the health sector over the last three years. To note, is the inclusion of the Basic Health Care Provision Fund in the federal appropriation since fiscal year 2018.

LISDEL’s scope has since expanded to other sectors ̶essentially the ambits of sustainable human capital development̶ working with similar institutional structures to achieve respective sector priorities.Summaries of our experience are provided in subsequent sections.
